We are monitoring COVID-19 globally and locally and will follow the guidelines set by authorities within each region. Public health is our number one concern in these trying times. Should the need arise for an event to be adjusted in any way, participants, partners, sponsors, volunteers will be contacted immediately. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we give our promise that a suitable option will be extended to you to ensure you get the experience and, or services you signed up for. Again, our top priority is always the enjoyment, health and safety of our participants, volunteers, staff, and spectators.
For any Junction 311 race occurring on or before May 16, 2020, we are allowing you to defer to next year’s race, or any Junction 311 owned race in the calendar year leading up to next year’s race, at no cost if you are not comfortable participating in the race.
If a Junction 311 race is canceled for any reason on or before May 16, 2020, we will allow participants the following options:
- Defer to next year’s race AND receive a 50% discount code to any Junction 311 owned race in the next year, or
- Defer to any Junction 311 owned race in the next year AND receive a 50% discount code to any Junction 311 owned race in the next year
As our policy is that we will not be offering refunds. Junction 311 Endurance Sports is a locally owned small business that works hard to deliver great experiences for our runners. Our people are passionate and care about our runners. We spend many months working, preparing and spending money on our races. Medals have to be bought, fees have to be paid, and employees have to be paid along with many other expenses. A large portion of your registration dollars is spent before race day.
