Retro Run 5k

It’s easy as ABC, 123, Retro Run baby you and me! Dig through your closets and drawers for those bell bottoms and tye-dyes and you just might be a lucky star and win $100 for the best retro running outfit.

There will be great music from the 60’s. 70’s and 80’s, great food and awesome beer from Greensboro’s newest microbrewery, Gibb’s Hundred Brewing Company. And by the way, you get to run a 5k too! We’ll have cool shirts and other goodies for all runners!

New for this year, the 0.0k option. All the fun without the run! You get a shirt, 2 beers and a food truck snack. And if you want, you can do a very short untimed run. Heck, you can run the 5k if you want, you just won’t get a time!

The best 5k in town combined with the best craft brewery in town is a groovy combination.   The event is hosted at Gibb’s Hundred Brewing Company which is a brand spankin new micro-brewery in Greensboro.  The 99 seat taproom features Gibb’s Hundred flagship beers and limited release beers, guest beers from other North Carolina breweries like Natty Greene’s and Mystery Brewing, and a selection of wines & sodas. It will be a family friendly gathering with live music…. this is a don’t miss event in a great new location.
